If you are invited to join the website as a player who also has a parent managing or coaching, please keep in mind that the membership listings first priority is the email address and will only allow one person per address so if you want a separate listing for your child you must supply them with their own address. In my case I use Comcast which allows multiple addresses. Other alternatives would be to use Yahoo or another free service to setup a mailbox which you could access yourself or by mail service like Outlook.
Since the database I will be using is for players I will set them up as such. If you make changes afterwards let me know and I'll update the list. Player information is not shown to the general public but eventually will be accessible by the team managers, coaches and parents electronically much the same way it is privately distributed in the yearbook, and of course, much sooner.
Another advantage in keeping a master database is that players can be placed on-line team rosters the moment they are drafted. Once the rosters are final the information that the managers used to have to distribute themselves when they had the time will be immediately available on-line to eteamz SYB members.
