Fall Ball Season Registration Dates

Fall Ball Program Open to All Players & Team Types

Registration *$120  
Wednesday:  8/8  From 6pm – 7pm

At Cameron Park Snack Bar area
ALL GIRLS MUST BE PRESENT FOR SIZING.
In addition (2) *refundable deposit fees per player will be required at registration for
Snack Bar Duty $50, Fundraiser raffle $50 
IMPORTANT DATES:
***Try-Outs & Draft for Individual Sign Ups Sat August 11th ******
****Season Games Start Sat September 8th ********

All Games played on Saturdays Double Headers at Following Locations: BLD, Cameron Park and Cameron School fields 1305 E. Cameron Ave., West Covina 91790
(Weekday game exceptions may be for 6U division, rainouts or to accommodate schedule demands)
Individual $120

Snack Bar Duty $50, Fundraiser raffle $50
*Personal check per player accepted for snack bar deposit – check will be returned once Snack Bar obligation has been fulfilled.
 You are required to work 4hrs Snack Bar Duty per player. Donate •$40 Smart & Final  Gift Card at time of registration and that will Complete your 4hrs Snack Bar Duty. 
MUST HAVE RECEIPT OF PURCHASE. *
  • Donate $40 Smart N Final Gift Card for 4hr obligation on Aug.25th 9am-12pm in Snack Bar.
  • USA cards or birth certificates required at time of registration.
  • Registration fee includes the use of fields & batting cage for practices, 16 Games, Full Uniforms, Participation Award, Double Elimination Tournament, Field Prep Maintenance and Umpires.
  • ALL GIRLS MUST BE PRESENT FOR SIZING.

 

August 7th is Deadline to add girls to rosters for West Covina Individual Team Registration .

 

 

Outside Teams  $900 ( 12 girls on Roster)
  • $100 for any additional players up to 14max
  • Team Roster due at time of registration.
  • Must have ASA cards for each player or Proof of Team Insurance with ID & birth certificate.
  • Registration fee includes 16 Games, Participation Award, Double Elimination Tournament, Field Prep Maintenance and Umpires cost.
  • No field usage for practices
