Don't forget, Thurs. October 9 at 5;00 we are meeting at Northside Park for Beggars's Night. All of the details are on the home page of this site. Any questions please ask your coaches or team mom's.
Beggar's night is on Thursday, October 9th at 5:00 pm!
All players and cheerleaders, from all teams will meet at Northside Park(Greensfield), wearing their jerseys (or sweatshirts for cheerleaders)!
For those who don't know, Beggar's night is an annual fundraiser for the league and has always proven to be allot of fun for the players!
The coaches take the players/cheerleaders to various neighborhoods throughout the village, where they knock on doors and ask for donations to the league. The kids stay in groups and there is a coach with them at all times. They do not go inside the houses. These funds offer support for the banquet, and help with any other league needs (like equipment, etc).
