RULES CHANGES FOR 2015 HANDBOOK
1. Move Arkansas and Louisiana back to the Southeast Region.
2. National Office with on-line registration should collect both national and regional dues.
3. Change definition on page 6 regarding League. Add “by age division” after “six (6) or more teams”.
4. Add, the official ball of the Stan Musial, Connie Mack and Don Mattingly division be the “low seam ball”.
5. Rule 221(e)- Eliminate the Baum Bat.
6. Rule 213(a)- Regional Qualifiers may only be made of registered LEAGUE teams.
7. Rule 106 (c)- Delete “if he/she lives outside the teams recruiting area” after “Appear in at least one game
for his team prior to July 1st”.
8. Rule 213 (b)- Add “and association dues” after “National AABC dues”.
9. Establish a minimum of two (2) regional World Series in Nolan Ryan, Gil Hodges, Jackie Robinson and
Roberto Clemente (Reese is under contract until 2016). Willie Mays will be excluded for 30 days to allow
Puerto Rico to submit a proposal.
10. On line registrations will be $30 per team; manual registrations will be $35 per team.
