Welcome to Stafford-Attack.com
Stafford Attack was an Under-18 girls travel soccer team from Fredericksburg, Virginia. We originated in the Stafford Area Soccer Association, moving through the ranks of the Recreation and Classic Divisions. Our travel legacy began to be established Fall 2006, in ODSL, and concluded Spring 2010, after two years competing in WAGS. Our student athletes completed their travel soccer careers and are now focused on life's next set of challenges at their respective colleges.
The team was coached by Brad O'Dell, a finalist for the 2009 Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year award, and Assistant Coach Joel Anderson. Both coaches hold a National 'D' License, a National Youth License, and numerous NSCAA certifications. Our coaching philosophy is to provide a fun, challenging, and fair environment for student athletes to maximize their growth as soccer players and as individuals. We believe lessons learned through sports are significant and applicable to the players' future growth as student athletes and as adults.
Stafford Attack re-formed as an Under-8 Coed Recreation soccer team in the Fall of 2010 playing in the Stafford Area Soccer Association. The team transitioned to the Fredericksburg Area Soccer Association (FASA) Classic Division in the Spring of 2012 and concluded its run as part of Fredericksburg Footbal Club (FFC) in the Spring of 2015, as a core group of players moved into the FFC travel ranks. The team was coached by Brad O'Dell.
