Scorekeeping Clinic

There will be a scorekeeping clinic at the Tropical Clubhouse on Monday February 26th @ 6:15 PM. We will need a scorekeeper at every home game so the more people who know how, the BETTER! Please help us help your kids have a great season and volunteer! Thanks!

Snack Bar Donation for Opening Day

Each player from our team will need to bring a 6 or 8 pk. of 12 ounce POWERADE for Opening Day!
(this is different than previously stated)
Drop off can be done on 2/20, 2/21, or 2/22
from 5:00-6:30 PM
or on 3/2
from 5:30-7:00 PM
at the East Field (Audobon) Snack Bar.

RAFFLE TICKETS

We have RAFFLE TICKETS for a drawing to be held after the golf tournament on May 12th at the Cocoa Beach Country Club.  They are only $5 each.  This is for really great prizes!

1st Prize:     57" Hitachi HDTV
2nd Prize:    4 Night Cruise for 2
3rd Prize:    $1000 U.S. Savings Bond

7:30   AM           We HAVE 1 volunteer to help get the field ready!

8:00   AM            Meet your team for PICTURES!!

9:00   AM            BAT AROUND ON FIELD 1

10:00 AM              OPENING CEREMONY

9:30 - 11:00 AM   We have all the voluteers we need!
