What a GREAT group we have!!
Team Raffle Prize for Opening Day:
We collected $55 for our raffle prize donation! I purchased a $50 VISA gift card ($54.95)
Concession Stand:
We have ALL the volunteers we need!
THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE WHO VOLUNTEERED!
Lunch Tickets:
I will hand these out when we have team pics on opening day!
Uniforms:
I will be picking up uniforms this week for distribution to you at Friday evening’s practice!!! Patches: You will be recieving a Little League Patch with your uniform tonight...you must sew it on the left sleeve of the uniform shirt by tomorrow (opening day)...about 1 or 2 inches from the shoulder seam.
UPDATE! We can have names put on the back of uniforms for FREE! If you would like a name, please let me know Opening Day and I will collect your shirt!
Home Games:
We will need an announcer/scoreboard person (or 2 people), a scorekeeper for every HOME game! We will be responsible for concession at every home game...schedule to follow!
Game Schedules:
They are on the website! Check the calendar!
Concession Stand Duty:
Each family will be responsible for concession stand duty throughout the season. The schedule will be handed out (and posted on the website) as soon as we have a game schedule. I will be handing these out on Friday or Saturday!
GAME SNACKS:
Each player will be responsible for providing an after game snack. I will be passing out the calendar and posting this on the website.
