Bottom line...the faster/quicker and stronger athlete has a significant advantage...

Baseball and softball are games of explosive movements...no jogging...unless you explode the ball over the fence!!!

Quick twitch muscle fibers, in contrast to slow twitch muscle fibers, generate explosive movements...

To stimulate these "quick twitch fibers"...muscles have to be "asked" to exceed 25% capacity...

Exercise, nutrition, recovery...again!!!

Agility/Fitness Sessions

Mondays 6:00-7:00pm
Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm

Do not eat 2 hrs before session
Come hydrated and bring water
Bring a "dig deep" attitude
