The Jets Tournament schedule is now out, we have updated the calendar section with game times and location. All our games will be played at Hollenbeck Middle School in East Los Angeles. Our first game will be on Saturday 7/29 at 12:00 noon against the Ninja Storm then our second game that day will be at 3:00 p.m. against the Pasadena Gameboys. Our Sunday 7/30 game will be at the 3:00 p.m. against the Warriors. We will give you more information later this week. Thanks, Mark

Hi Everyone, Please be sure to write a check to Jon or Wendy as soon as possible for our June 2006 practice fees. The total fees were $525 divided equally with our 10 families so it came out to $52.50 each. We have received the Ishino's check already. We need to pay Mariners on a timely basis so we can continue to use their facility. We will have less practices in July due to the Jets Tournament and even less in August due to the Dodgers and Bruins tournaments. We will be taking a couple of weeks off after the Bruins Tournament before starting to practice for our VFW Tournament in October. Once we start the SEYO season we will resume practices on Saturday which are provided by the VFW organization so these practices will be included in your SEYO fees. We will discuss the possibility of a second practice day when we get a little closer. We will continue to look for different ways of improving our team in the next few months. Keep checking the website on a regular basis. We are nearing 4,000 free throws, check out the stats section for our overall percentage. We need to get that number up in the next 30 days. We are still scheduled to practice tomorrow night, Wed 7/5 and Friday 7/7 at Mariners from 6:30-8:30 p.m. I have not heard any confirmation from the gym yet but I will update this website as soon as I hear from them. Please let Jon or I know if you cannot make the practice tomorrow or Friday night. We need to start working on our trap defense as well as our foot speed, pick and rolls and free throws. The tentative practice schedule has been put on the website. These are the days that we have requested but are not confirmed yet. Our next practice should be Wed. July 5th but we have not heard back from Mariners. I will be letting you know as soon as possible regarding practice this week. I want to thank those that went to Jason's clinic and to Mariners today as we had a great workout. We shot another 600 free throws and are getting better each time we get out on the court. Remember to let Jon or I know if you cannot make any of the practices this month. We only have six more practices before the Jets Tournament at the end of July.
