Dear Force Parents,

We are scheduled to practice this Saturday 12/13 at Valencia HS from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in the large gym, we will be sharing the gym with another team.

The Boys were a little rusty on Sunday as they haven't played a real game since the VFW Tournament, it will take them a few games to get back into that aggresive, help defense and to have everyone run the offensive plays together. They did play very hard as we played a pretty new team in Norwalk. The Norwalk team picked up a few travel team players so it appeared to look more like an NJB All-Net team instead of a SEYO team. In the end they came through with a 48-43 victory and we will prepare for SOC this weekend.

Don't forget the VFW Holiday Party on Saturday night as well !!

Please let us know if you are not going top be at practice as we need everyone there to work on a lot of things before Sunday.
