Dear Force Parents, We hope everyone is settling in with the school schedule now. We will be starting practice for our VFW Tournament this Friday 9/12/08 at Costa Mesa HS from 7:00-9:00 p.m. We will start to get back in shape so please do not have the players eat right before practice.
