Dear Force Parents,

In the spirit of Christmas Coach Scotty has decided that we should take the next two weekends off to enjoy the Holidays with Family and Friends. We will be setting up a weekday practice after the New Year Holiday and before our regular VFW practice on 1/3/09.

Remember our next game against OCO on 1/4/09 will be at the American Sports Center in Anaheim. Please allow extra time to park on the roof at this facility.

Our last game against SOC was a typical FORCE game, Coach Scotty saw OCO scouting us on the sidelines in the first half so our boys played to the level of their competition finishing the half with a narrow 15-7 lead. The second half which we always wake up saw us outscore SOC 28-7 and ended up with a 43-14 win. We will really need to work on our defense in the next couple of practices so please try and make both practices when we get the schedule out.

If you haven't paid your November practice fees of $31.00 please do so by the end of the year so we can close the books on 2008 and start a new 2009.

We are now receiving the applications for the tournaments in the Spring and will be making some decisions based on the information we received with the help of Mary. Coach Scotty, Coach Jon and myself will try to meet over the holidays to solidify a tournament schedule.
