In a great championship game, Eastern Valley Waves defeated the Bethlehem Stars - Gold (8 - 5) to win the 2007  USSSA Lackawanna County 16U Summer Kickoff National Qualifier Fastpitch Softball Tournament hosted by the Lackawanna Lightning 16U softball team held at Sherwood Park, Dunmore, PA on June 2 & 3, 2007.
