As we head into this weekend's play the weather again will play a role in your games so please check the site and with host director prior to leaving for your game! Host Directors, please notify opposing teams and Referee Association if cancelling your games!!
Weather Policy: We have a weather storm watch for this weekend and with travel certain for some programs we need to communicate if weather takes a turn for the worse! This is where the website is essential for updates and retrieving contact information. If your program is hosting games you need to determine if the weather allows for safe travel to your facility or if facility is closed you need to do the following:
Contact the Director of the visiting program immediately and pass on the information.
Notify League: Call and e-mail Jerry and Warren regarding any cancellations so we can post the information on the website and contact the referee association.
Have all your coaches check the website prior to leaving in case games have been cancelled.
Bottom Line: Check the website.... this is our lifeline for proper communication!!
