Cross Country 2016 Registration Instructions, Contract, Goals Sheet, FAQ about Sports Physicals

Cross Country 2016 Resigstration Instructions

All Runners: If you plan on running cross country this fall, follow the below steps:
  1. Get a free "XC Stats" account. We use XC Stats for team email, workout logs, and performance tracking. You will need a registration code. Find the code in this document: "Getting started with XC Stats".
  2. Fill out and turn in the forms from your sports registration paperwork packet in the Monte Vista main office ON TIME. They were due on or before July 22. All about sports physicals: your questions answered.
  3. Attend practice daily. Practice is M-F 3:30-5:30 pm and 9:00 am on Saturdays. Attendance is mandatory beginning on Aug. 15, the first day of school. Athletes should be prepared to run: dressed in running clothes, with good shoes, a running watch and water (and they should have eaten).
  4. Print and sign the 2016 MVXC Student-Athlete Contract. Turn in to Coach Mandee by deadline: Friday, Aug. 19.
  5. Print and fill out the 2016 MVXC Goal Sheet.  Turn in to Coach Mandee by deadline: Friday, Aug. 19. Advice for Writing Goals
