 2011 Registration

Saturday July 23rd 12:00 to 4:00 pm

Apollo Recreation Center

Registration Fees

Football: $125 at sign up + 3 Football Mania tickets

Cheerleading/PomPom Squad: $100 at sign up + 3 Football Mania tickets

AND 2 Boxes of candy per Football Player/Cheerleader

(Candy buyout option $50.00)

Deposits

NEW THIS YEAR: NO EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT; SAVINGS OF $100 PER CHILD

$75 Parent Participation Deposit – Refundable upon participation  

ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BY  EQUIPMENT HANDOUT

PARENTS MUST BE PRESENT AT EQUIPMENT HANDOUT

Fees for Football include Top-Of-The-Line equipment ensuring player safety,

full game day & practice uniform, 8 games and mini camps

Fees for Cheerleaders include Use of cheer uniform, 8 games and cheer competitions 

Requirements

Original Birth Certificate @ Registration for new and returning players

All Checks Will Be Cashed

Football Players ages 6-14 (up thru 8th grade)

We teach from instructional levels: Super Pee Wee thru Juniors.

Our Junior level is a feeder program for St. Rita, Brother Rice, Marist, Mt. Carmel,

Shepard, Eisenhower and Richards High Schools.

Cheerleading/PomPom Squad ages 6-14 (up thru 8th grade)

From instructional cheerleading to competitive squad competitions.
