2016 Registration

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION:

Saturday, April 16th 10am-2pm

Sunday, April 17th 10am-2pm

REGULAR REGISTRATION DATES:

Saturday, May 21st 10am-2pm

Saturday, June 11th 10am-2pm

Saturday, June 25th 10am-2pm

Saturday, July 16th 10am-2pm

All Registrations will take place at Apollo Park District*

Registration Fees:

Football

Flag: $75

Supers, Pee Wee, Widgets, & Juniors : $175 ($150 Early Bird)

*Football Players must bring birth certificate and 2 passport sized pictures

Cheerleading

Mascots: $75

Supers, Pee Wee, Widgets, & Juniors: $200 ($175 Early Bird)

**Parent Participation Fee is $100.00 per family and is due in full at registration.**

**Discounts for 3 or more participants from same immediate family.**

**Fundraising is required for EACH participant. (Buy out option is offered)**
