Dunedin's Jr. Boys to Play in Championship Game

Vince Celetti's Junior baseball boys ousted the Clearwater crew by a score of 4-3 Sunday in the semi final to earn them a spot to play for this year's Top Team in the District 12 Tournament of Champions.

See the final at Englebert Complex, Monday, June 4th.  Game Time 7PM.

Closing Ceremonies is a Success!

Greater Dunedin Little League would like to extend our thanks to the parents, coaches, players, and families that made our Closing Ceremonies an overwhelming success.  And to the Board Members; a special thanks goes out for their dedication and determination in pulling off this day in which we had to fill our Tournament responsibilities at Englebert Complex at the same time as our Closing Ceremonies.

There was an outstanding display of food items, and plenty to go around.  We raised a bunch of money from the Chevy Tahoe Raffle. (Which continues through the end of June 2007)  The kids had a great time dancing to the DJ and playing with their balloon hats from the baloon guy.

Once again, thank you for a great season.  One filled with many successes and memories.

Special thanks to Bill, Denise, Diana, Wayne, Kim, Linda, Craig, Rich, Gene, Jim, John, Della, and Lynn.

**ABSENTEE BALLOT** FOR ELECTION OF BOARD MEMBERS 2007/2008 SEASONS

Attached is the absentee ballot for anyone who will not be able to attend the closing ceremonies at Fischer field on May 20th please follow the direction on the ballot and place the ballot in a sealed envelope and either hand deliver to Diane O'connell, Denise Hurd, or Della Roberts, parents may also turn in the absentee ballots on Thursday, May 17, 2007 between the hours of 6:30pm and 8:00pm. A table will be set up in the Board room at Fisher Fields. Remember each Parent gets only one vote. The persons collecting the ballots are on the Election committee and their positions are not due for re-election and are eligible to be on the committee. Any questions please contact the little league offices.
