Attached is the absentee ballot for anyone who will not be able to attend the closing ceremonies at Fischer field on May 20th please follow the direction on the ballot and place the ballot in a sealed envelope and either hand deliver to Diane O'connell, Denise Hurd, or Della Roberts, parents may also turn in the absentee ballots on Thursday, May 17, 2007 between the hours of 6:30pm and 8:00pm. A table will be set up in the Board room at Fisher Fields. Remember each Parent gets only one vote. The persons collecting the ballots are on the Election committee and their positions are not due for re-election and are eligible to be on the committee.
