A Note from the Coach... August 13, 2006 Ballard and I would like to thank all the players who attended tryouts . WOW! what great talent and skills we could have fielded a few teams around just these groups that showed up. We saw great fielding, batting and pitching. We have offered some players positions on our 2006-07 team already and filled our Roster for 2006-2007. Please understand that not getting a call to play a position on the Rockets team does not mean that you will not excel at the game of softball. On the contrary the players skills might be perfect for another team in the Metro for this next season. Once again thanks to all who participated in our tryouts.
