Tournament rules:
1. Games are 15 minute halves for grades 6-12, 14 minutes for 4-5 grades. Halftime is 3 minutes.
2. All rules are NCAA with exception of number of timeouts (3 full for game), penalty on foul shots (two on 10th, no one-and-one on 7th foul) and there is 10-second backcourt since there is no 30 second clock.
3. Players will foul out on sixth foul
4. Overtime is two minutes and each team will receive an additional timeout. Second overtime is sudden death.
