Pre-season practice sessions will be held on Sat., Sun., and also during the week. Please check with your coaches as to the weekday practice schedule. Equipment will be issued only to those players that have paid their fees in full and submitted the following forms: - Player Registration - Medical form - Waiver of claim and liability - Copy of Birth Certificate - NYCYFL Authorization of Birth (Notarized) ******* ALL FORMS CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE "SKYHAWK FORMS" ICON ON THE MENU BAR******* Scrimmage games are being scheduled so make certain that you are prepared for proper evaluation by the coaching staff. Those that are not equipped are going to fall behind in their progress which may affect your playing time in the games (preseason and regular season).
