We just had THE LOWEST number of parents since 2017 attending the meeting today, which is a bit disappointing given that we have 86 swimmers registered. Thank you to those attending and to those that emailed that they can’t make it.
Please see attached the notes I went over today. Read through the entire file, it’s a lot of info to help you navigate the season. Join the Remind group for last minute announcements. Reminder parents meeting today at the pool!

A quick reminder that we have our parents meeting today at the pool – 5:30pm, in the classroom at the shallow end of pool. New and returning parents from either winter or summer, join us to learn all the ins and outs of swimming or to refresh on changes we made from last summer.
No practice tomorrow 5/3 as noted in our previous email.

Long awaited email… the days are just flying by!!
Tomorrow is the official start of summer swim season. We will have parents meeting on Thursday, 5/2 at 5:30pm in the classroom by the shallow end of the pool – all parents are invited to attend, rookies and veterans; it’s always good to have a refresher especially since we changed some of the requirements to be a part of the club in winter season. Information about equipment, suits, caps, concessions and meet protocol will be shared.
Practice schedule:
Level 1 Monday through Thursday 5-6 pm
Level 2 Monday through Thursday 6-7:30pm
Level 3 Monday through Thursday 7:30-9:00pm
We will add Fridays practices for level 2 and level 3 (we are trying to add them starting 5/10 pending coaches availability)
Level 3 5:00-6:30pm
Level 2 6:30-7:30pm
Please see attached meet schedule and parents handbook that will give more details as far as swimmers and parents expectations, what to bring for practices and meets etc.

Good evening swim families,
I wanted to reach out tonight with some additional information about the USA Swimming program that we are starting this summer. When you registered your swimmer, there was a checkbox to indicate if you were interested in receiving more information about this program. Since registration opened, several people have reached out to let me know that they checked the incorrect box or missed the option entirely. To make sure everyone who is interested has the information I’m simply sending out to everyone. Please see the attached document for a summary of the program.
If your swimmer is interested and planning on attending, please fill out the form here . Remember, this is a completely optional additional opportunity. If it does not sound like something you would be interested in, then you don’t need to do anything at all.
