Hello this is Nikolai writing to tell you that the first day of summer training is coming. We will meet on Friday July 2nd at 9am at the chester bowl playground. Come prepared to run, ski walk and play soccer or Frisbee afterwords. Please forward this to anyone whom might be interested in joining the group. Try the program out for a week, see how you like it.
