Ski Season in Full Swing

Posted by David Kask at Dec 13, 2009 4:00PM PST ( 0 Comments )

Saturday we had our first meet of the season.  Ely hosted the Timberwolf Invite at the Hidden Valley Recreation Center.  The conditions were good considering the amount of snow we have gotten.

Tuesday's race has been moved to Mt. Itasca in Coleraine, MN.  They have manmade snow and have been hosting national level biathlon races this past weekend.  The conditions are execlent.

Parents, if you would like a start list for our races you can go to our timer's website and print one off.  They are usually available late afternoon the day before the race.

Woodland Student/Skiers

Posted by David Kask at Nov 9, 2009 4:00PM PST ( 0 Comments )
Woodland students now have access to homework room and computer lab in the Woodland media center on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.  Teachers like Ms. Jackson (room 252 in the relocateables) also offer their rooms for study when they (the instructor) are staying after school.  Students should check with instructors early week to confirm where they can go on Wednesdays and Fridays while they wait for the Snowflake bus.
