MOUNTAIN VIEW COACH IS SUPER IN TOUGH JOB
Chugiak resident Joyce Scott's son, who plays on a junior Little League team, recently played against a Mountain View team. Scott writes: "I want to commend the Mountain View coach for trying to do such an amazing job with seemingly little to no help, support or cooperation from either the families or the community. She is one woman trying to be coach, manager, and 'mom' to this group of young men. She is trying her best to instill in them a feeling of team spirit and camaraderie, and is doing it under the most trying conditions. These are the people that truly make a difference in our young people today."
We couldn't agree more.

We welcome Polar's parents and members to review the current constitution of our league.
All Polar Players ages 9 and above must fill the attached form and return to their coach or faxed to 646-7609 prior to June 10, 2005. These will be used to prepare player ballots for all-star team selection.
Wow, 600 dozen donuts goes pretty fast. Thanks goes to Xpress Lube, and the volunteers who made this possible. We raised nearly $2700 for pay the league's expenses, purchased equipment, balls, and uniforms. Thank you to the organizer's and location leads, Rose Wilson, Mark Robinson, Amy Puerner, Bill Henderson, and Robert Posma.
