TRADITION

The most recent Tradition Alumni from 1999 are all doing well. Jennifer Hadley graduated from the University of Massachusetts in May and was named All-American pitcher. The Hoag sisters also completed outstanding careers. Kas graduated from Notre Dame University as team captain and Maureen completed the same after a strong pitching career at Southern Connecticut State University. Heather Brousseau is a senior at Hofstra University and is the starting centerfielder. Nicole deFau is playing for Notre Dame University in her junior season. Karolyn Andrews plays for the Central Connecticut State University Blue Devils and Melissa Walsh is playing for Western Connecticut.

Several members of the 2003 TRADITION softball team are off to solid starts in collegiate fall softball. Lesley Ferrara of Stamford is playing outfield for the University of Massachusetts. Erica Pernell of Plainville is playing secondbase for the University of Connecticut. Ali Brander of Stamford is playing secondbase and thirdbase for Central Connecticut State University and Jessica Sachs is working at shortstop for Florida Atlantic University. Elina Colon is pitching for Cris Lukas at the University of New Haven and had a strong fall campaign in her freshman debut.
