Lions battle tough Dearborn Heights teams, take 2 of 3

The Canton Lions freshmen defeated the Redskins 27-14, moving their record to 4-1.  The Lion JV also won 14-12, also moving to 4-1.  The Lion Varsity battled the undefeated divison leaders but eventually fell 32-44, dropping to 0-4-1.

Lions Retain Black & Blue Bragger Trophy!

The Lions won 2 of 3 games versus the cross town rival Plymouth Canton Steelers  to once again lay claim to the Black & Blue trophy.  The Canton Lions Freshman started off by controlling their entire game capturing a 19-7 victory.  The Freshmen Lions nearly secured a shutout with the Steelers managing to score late in the game.  The Lions JV fell short in a hard fought contest 16-6.  The Lions varsity capped their season with a dominating performance over the Steelers never looking back with a 26-6 triumph. image

Lions pound Belleville Cougars

The Canton Lions teams went without a loss in their match up with the Belleville Cougars.  All teams looked good and this was a great warm up for our Homecoming games versus the Dearborn Heights Redskins.
