Clear Lake Falconhoops

Falcon varsity star Dan Rieke (not little brother JV star Dustin Rieke) sustained a small slash in his left eyebrow when two heads collided in the first half of the Klein game Tuesday night. Rieke was removed from the game and required medical attention by the Klein trainer. He returned to the gym later with a bandage but did not re-enter the game. Rieke is typical of the Clear Lake players who put it all out there for their team. If my failing memory serves me correctly, the point in the game when the injury occurred was almost the exact same time in the game of the previous injury when Dan injured his right ankle last week. Wierd huh!
