Parents, remember to turn in your child's fundraiser money to the coach this Saturday.
Also, remember to mark which prize your player has chosen and be sure to fill out a drawing slip for each 6 books sold to enter the drawing for the white water rafting trip!
Prize choices are either a soccer pal, a soccer ball or a duffle bag. The top 2 sellers will receive a mountain bike which is displayed at the main gazebo on Saturdays.
Please remember, NO coupon books may be returned. You were given an option of either selling the books or doing a buy out when you registered your child.
CYSL will be accepting final registrations at Fit One Athletic Club (Skyway and Notre Dame Blvd.) on January 8th from 10am to 2 pm.

Keep in mind, every child that signs up during registration will be guaranteed placement on a team. Those who sign up after registration will be accepted as long as space is available on a team in the appropriate age division but may be placed on a waiting list and not assigned to a team until after the first game.
Due to increases in injuries and liabilities, we can no longer let any player wear any jewelry of any kind while playing. This includes piercing of any kind, even if the piercing was just done. It is possible, and has happened, that even taped piercings have become caught and pulled out of the person, causing a quite painful injury.
Registration is held in advance to allow adequate time for uniform orders, coach and sponsor recruitment, processing rosters and scheduling. All players registering during registration week are guaranteed placement on a team. For registration after January 1st for Spring or August 1st for Fall Season, if space is available on a team in the appropriate age division, parents will be mailed a registration packet. If no space is available the child will be placed on a waiting list and may not be placed on a team until the 2nd or 3rd game as a space become available. Due to the size of the league, all participants are encouraged to register during the designated registration times. Late registration will be accepted as long as space is available on a team in the appropriate age division. After the 3rd game, registation fees for children on the waiting list not placed will be returned.
Chico Youth Soccer League is currently accepting registration for the Spring 2006 season. Registration packets are currently available at the following locations: North Valley Soccer, Play It Again Sports, Team Sports and at the CARD office or by calling 894-1088.
Registration is being accepted for boys and girls ages 5-14 as of December 31, 2006.
The games for the Spring Season will be played beginning Saturday, February 11th and will continue through Saturday, April 1st, 2006. All games are played at 20th Street Community Park.
In order to be assured placement on a team, you will need to register by January 1st. Registration received after January 1st may be subject to space availability and may be placed on a waiting list.
