The Lady Golden Bears Improve Their Record To (15-3)After They Deafeated Connersville 60-51 Saturday afternoon. The Bears Led From Start To Finish in this one and by as many as 15 in the 3rd quarter. The bears did not have a field goal in the 4th period but were 16 of 18 from the free throw-line. Shelbyville was led in scoring by Gretchen Haehl with 18, Katie Jackson 11, Dana Gardner 8, Gwen Haehl 7, Haley Wise 6, Blayr Green 5, Christy Sammons 3, and LeeAnn Douglas 2. The lady bears will be in action at Franklin Tuesday and Thursday at home against Eastern Hancock before sectional play begins Feb.10th at Columbus North.
