MARTELLA'S PHARMACY HISTORY

Martella's Pharmacy will begin their 12th year of play in the Johnstown AAABA League during the 2019 season. Martella's took over the sponsorship of the Johnstown Grays franchise in 2008.  Martella's has a 350-136 record since taking over the franchise, including ten consecutive trips to the National AAABA Tournament (2009-2018).  Martella's claimed the 2018 AAABA National Championship, becoming the first team from Johnstown to win the title.

Overall, the franchise has appeared in 13 National AAABA Tournaments in their 20 year history.  They have won the AAABA League Championship nine times (2002, 2004, 2005, 2011, 2014, 2015. 2016, 2017 and 2018).  They have appeared in the AAABA League Championship Series in 15 of the past 17 seasons.
