You Won't Want to Miss Out! Duelling Pianos Sponsorship Opportunity
Hi Big White Ski Club Members!
Would you like to showcase your business to a captive audience? Perhaps someone you know would be interested too! Our Annual Gala Event is expected to draw over 200 supporters. Last year our Duelling Pianos Gala sold out so we brought the Duelling Pianos back again! Participating businesses will be prominently featured throughout the evening.
Available opportunities include, $1700 Red Carpet VIP, $1300 Champagne Reception, $750 Appy or Dessert Tables. For details, please read the attached document.
We would be grateful for any support that your business could provide for our fundraiser being held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at the Coast Capri Hotel. We are looking for items for both our Live Auction and our ever-popular Gift Bags. Perhaps you may be interested in providing sponsorship or even purchasing tickets to attend our Duelling Pianos show.
If it were not for the generous support of our community, we would not be able to contribute to the dreams of many aspiring young athletes.

Yoga) Session!
The Ivivva Girl Crew is offering a FREE Dreams & Goals (& Yoga) session for our Ski Club members February 15th 2017 @6:00pm. Through this event girls get to connect and celebrate each other-where you can push your boundaries, knowing that falling and getting back up is all part of the journey.
The Ivivva Girl Crew program is designed just for girls, ages 6-14.
Membership benefits include:
· Private Dreams & Goals and yoga session for OUR SKI CLUB GIRLS
· 15% off purchases in any Ivivva stores (discount does not apply to online purchases)

Location: Big White Ski Resort Hosted by: Big White Ski Club
(Course on lower portion of Speculation)
Events: 2 X Dual Glalom (Best Time).
Eligibility: BC Alpine Registered Athletes – Okanagan Zone.
Entry Fee: $35 per athlete – by e-transfer or cheques payable to Big White Ski Club.
(U12 entry will be deducted from your racer account)
Rules: BC Alpine rules apply.
Helmets mandatory, no speed suits allowed.
5 second penalty on each missed gate.
Ski Patrol is the 1st responder to a racer with injuries.

Save The Date!
Save the date! Big White Ski Club Annual Gala is Saturday, April 22, 2017.
Due to the popularity of this event last year along with the demand for tickets, we are excited to announce that the Dueling Pianos will be returning this year!
The money raised from our annual gala goes toward the continued development program of our children’s skiing and race skills, much needed equipment and of course our top level coaching team.
We can all contribute to the success of this evening by finding creative ways to acquire auction items and prizes. Do you have something in mind in the way of a unique silent or live auction item? ….know of an “Experience” such as Cat Skiing at Red Mountain or Revelstoke, a night of pampering at Sparkling Hills, a rounds of golf and dinner for two at a golf resort? Perhaps we can reach out within our community to find friends and businesses who may want to help sponsor a portion of our event. In the past we have had items such as art work featuring a local artist, a Vespa Scooter, Heli Skiing trips, private golf lessons with former LPGA star A.J. Eathorne, etc.
If we all work together we can make this most successful event ever for our ski club!
