Hello Big White Ski Club Families and Friends,

Save the Date! It’s time once again for our biggest fundraiser of the year, the 48th Big White Ski Board & Sport Swap.

FRIDAY, October 19th (a school Pro Day) 10:00am – 7:30pm CONSIGNMENT Day
SATURDAY, October 20th. 8:00am – 3:00pm SALE Day

As we get the volunteer roles set up, it’s a good time for us to send a shout out to see if some of you have skills to offer up. We’re specifically looking for :

IT – an experienced person who can work with the Flash Consign Software, set up laptops, printers, and cash registers needed for the two days.

Cashier experience

This is the club’s largest fundraiser which is why ALL BWSC families are required to volunteer for this event. There are a number of jobs to choose from, so stay tuned for the link to the online Volunteer Sign Up, coming soon!
