Big White Ski Club’s 48th Annual SKI SWAP

Friday October 19 & Saturday October 20th

This fun community-building event is an opportunity for us to kick off the ski season and meet new families who have joined the club. This is our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year!

The Big White Ski Swap operates 100% through volunteers; your help is needed and appreciated! All BWSC families are strongly encouraged and relied upon to volunteer for this major fund raising event.

Remember for those who volunteer one or more full shift, you have the opportunity to purchase Friday night of the swap (before the public).

All club families are needed as volunteers, including athletes u10 and older. We welcome all alumni families to help out too! FYI most local schools have a PRO-DAY Friday October 19th

Consignment Drop Off – Friday, 10 am – 8 pm $2 per item
One Day Sale – Saturday, 8 am – 3 pm
Payout – 6pm – 8 pm on Saturday
Admission to Saturday’s Sale – $2/person
Location – New Life Church (2041 Harvey Ave – behind MEC)

Save the Date! It’s time once again for our biggest fundraiser of the year, the 48th Big White Ski Board & Sport Swap.

FRIDAY, October 19th (a school Pro Day) 10:00am – 7:30pm CONSIGNMENT Day
SATURDAY, October 20th. 8:00am – 3:00pm SALE Day

As we get the volunteer roles set up, it’s a good time for us to send a shout out to see if some of you have skills to offer up. We’re specifically looking for :

IT – an experienced person who can work with the Flash Consign Software, set up laptops, printers, and cash registers needed for the two days.
