9:00 am- 11:00 am

9:00- Arrive at the Recreation Center and find your secret swimmer to give your last gift and reveal yourself!

9:15 am- 10:00 am- Team Meeting and tour of the recreation center to learn how Champs will work and where to go.

10:00- 10:45 am- Report to the pool deck and begin warm-ups

10:45 am- 11:00 am- Report upstairs in the lobby for donuts

Championship Meet
Saturday, July 16, 2022
8:15 am- West Ledge Swimmers Arrive and report to the team area in the event center.

1). Write in Sharpie your swimmer’s EVENT, HEAT, and LANE on hand/arm.
2). All timers (both first and second shift) report to the pool deck (corner by the lifeguard office) at 8:55 am for the timer’s meeting.
3). NO parents are allowed on the pool deck during the meet.
4). NO swimmers are permitted in the stands wet!! They MUST have on shoes and be wrapped in a towel or be wearing clothes.
5). All spectators (even parents and even if working a job) must pay the admissions fee of $4.
6). Warm-Up 9:00-9:20 am Lanes 3-8
7). Meet starts at 9:30 am

What to pack:
Extra towels, a blanket to sit on, card games/small travel games, some bring an iPad or device, cap, goggles, warm clothes, and money for the concession stand.

Please be ON TIME to the meet AND for your jobs!

Good Morning!!!

We still have 7 OPEN volunteer spots for Saturday’s CHAMPS:
Noon to 2:30 (or end): 2 OPEN for Swimmer Room Monitor
11:45am to End: 4 OPEN Timer spots
11:45am to End: 1 OPEN Runner spot

We need everyone’s help to fill these OPEN volunteer roles. There are many of our parents who are doubling up after our 1st shift jobs to help with concessions, so it’s critical that we have volunteers to do the above mentioned roles for the 2nd shift.

We appreciate all the help throughout the season. This team is only successful because of you, Thanks!!!!

We are asking each family to sign up for 1 job. All jobs MUST be filled! Please sign up by Monday at 9 pm. If you are unable to keep your job it is your responsibility to find a sub. Jobs are split among the 8 teams in the league. Thank you!
