Registration deadline is Sunday, May 14, 2023

Hi Swim Families,
Below you will find the link to the swim team registration. Please complete the Google Form for EACH swimmer in your family. For example, if you have two kids, you should fill this form out twice. The email distribution list will be generated from this form, therefore, if both parents want their email included, please be sure to fill out both contacts even though only one is required. Once you have completed the form, please drop off the registration fee to Liz Adkins, at 12355 Steeplechase Lane in an envelope with your swimmer’s name(s). Please place the payment in the swim team bin on the porch. Only cash or check are accepted this year, due to Venmo tax changes.

We are looking forward to a great season. Our goal is to get the kids active and have fun while making memories and becoming a stronger swimmer!
