Registration deadline is May 18, 2022

Hi Swim Families,
Below you will find the link to the swim team registration. Please complete the Google Form for EACH swimmer in your family. For example, I have two kids, so I will fill this form out twice. The email distribution list will be generated from this form, therefore, if both parents want their email included, please be sure to fill out both contacts even though only one is required. Once you have completed the form, please drop off registration fee to Lisa Bringman, at 12347 Paddock Circle in an envelope with your swimmer’s name(s). Please place the payment in the blue swim team bin on the porch. Only cash or check are accepted this year, due to Venmo changes.

We are looking forward to a great season. Our goal is to get the kids active and have fun while making memories and becoming a better swimmer! More information will be coming regarding practice, meets, donations, job signups, etc. Please let us know if you have any questions.
