The 2009 South Kingstown Little League season is about to begin! Let’s get it started right by attending to the Opening Day Ceremonies! We have a lot of activities for all ages!

check your throwing accuracy and other games.
Win prizes !!! Enjoy food and beverages at our concession stand which
is managed by local business owner and fan favorite Dan O’Dowd.
Meet the URI mascot Rhody the Ram! Listen to live music from
members of the Broadrock Middle School Rock band!
Visit with your friends and neighbors and have a great time!

50/50 Raffle prize drawing; “Play Ball” announcement
In conjunction with our Opening Day, South Kingstown Parks and Receration will also be running the Pitch, Hit & Run competition from 9 AM – 12 PM on the Tuckertown 1 field. Pitch, Hit & Run is a skills competition open to boys and girls ages 7 – 12.
On Saturday March 14th, SKLL will conduct softball player evaluations as follows:
All players ages 10, 11, and 12 and not on a major league team must attend these evaluations from 1:30 to 3:15. Players age 9 who want to try out for the major league must also attend.
All players ages 13,14, and 15 and not on a senior league team must attend these evaluations from 3:15 to 4:30.
Please arrive a few minutes before the scheduled time to check in.
The evaluations will take place at the South County Sports Complex in the Palisades mill- directions are available in the
SKLL Fields section and there is a map available for printing in the Handouts section.
