3B. A mandatory manager’s meeting shall be held after the players have completed their votes. At this meeting the managers will vote by confidential ballot, one player slot at a time until the remaining players are chosen for the 11/12 team (combined with Narragansett). If the managers have a tie vote on placement of a player onto the team, the player with the most games played and best statistics will prevail.

4. The remaining all star teams (10/11 and 9/10 year old) will be selected by the managers at the same meeting. Prior to the managers meeting, the minor league managers will each provide to the president and player agent a list of 6 to 8 players that have the skill and the ability to compete at the All Star level of play. Managers are permitted to select 12 players. The 13/14th player is selected by the appointed all star manager for each team.

5. For the selection of all teams, the managers will not only evaluate each player on player performance and the ability to compete, but also on the player’s attitude, sportsmanship and teamwork. In addition, the managers shall consider the needs of the all star team (i.e does the team have adequate catching and pitching, and are other key positions adequately represented).

6. Sean Catero, president, names the all star managers (with Board approval) for each age group. Once named, these managers can select any additional players permitted under Little League rules.
