JUNIOR DIVISION INTER-LEAGUE RULES

These rules govern play between Sebastopol Little League and El Molino Little League for the 2004 season.

  1. The 10-run rule (rule 4.10e) is not enforced; however, if a team is behind by more than 10 runs once a game is regulation, the manager of the trailing team may concede the game provided all players on their team have met minimum play requirements. Any player on the team that is ahead and has not met minimum play must start the next game that they attend and play a minimum of two defensive innings plus the innings missed in the current game before they can be substituted.
  2. Home team is responsible for supplying game baseballs (minimum of three).
  3. Fifteen minutes prior to game time, the visiting team shall take the field for five minutes of infield practice. Ten minutes prior to game time, the home team shall take the field for five minutes of infield practice. Five minutes prior to game time, both teams shall clear the field to allow game preliminaries between the umpires and managers. While one team is taking infield, the other team shall be in their dugout (except for a pitcher warming up). If games are behind schedule, there will be no infield practice.
