Meeting Notes from Parent Meeting on 1-27-17

GOOD MORNING!!!

WE ARE SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS NEW SEASON AS WE KICK IT OFF TOMORROW WITH THE DEVELOPMENTAL MEET.  I KNOW IT IS GOING TO BE AWESOME.  

ATTACHED ARE THE MEETING NOTES FROM YESTERDAY.  IF YOU HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SEND ME AN EMAIL.

LET'S WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE THIS AN YEAR THE BEST EVER!!!  AND BY THE WAY WE HAVE HAD SOME PRETTY GOOD YEARS SO YOU HAVE SOME WORK TO DO..... :)

Entries and Clerking Schedule - Track Meet - January 28th

Hello,

The first track meet will be on Saturday, January 28th at Westwood High School, 945 West 8th Street, Mesa, AZ. Please be at the track at 8am for warm-ups and to sit in the first section closest to the finish line.

 

Attached are the entry sheets.
 
At the 1st track meet each child will be entered into the 100, 200 and 400 unless they have competed before I may have added something else for those athletes.

 

We will not be wearing uniforms in this track meet.  If you have a uniform, please DO NOT wear it.  We will wear black shorts or tights and a red shirt.

8 AND UNDER BOYS PARENTS ARE SCHEDULED TO WORK THE CLERKING TABLE...... Please open the Clerking Schedule to see what time you need to report.  You are responsible for working or providing a replacement for your clerking shift. There will be parents at the table to show you what to do.  Our new Head Clerks are Terez Gamble, Laura Luxenburg and Brandi Mays.  2 of our old Head Clerks Lanise Adams and Makeba Hawkins will be there to help.  Other parents are more than welcome to stop down and see if additional help is needed. Just a note:  The meet goes by much faster when you are working.

Quick Parent Meeting Thursday At Practice

Hi guys,

Wanted to call a quick parent meeting tomorrow night (Thursday) at practice - promptly at 5:30pm to answer questions about track meet Saturday and Flagstaff meet.

Reminder that we are on the track.
