Flagstaff Meet Cancelled

Good Morning.....

We are sad to announce that the 27th Annual Indoor Classic in Flagstaff has been cancelled.  We received the following email from our Association President last night.

Due to scheduling conflict on February 18, 2017, at the Northern Arizona University Walk-Up Skydome the 27th Annual Indoor Classic will be cancelled. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone. If you have any questions please contact Clif McKenzie, Arizona

GOOD NEWS!!!

Good Morning.... Just wanted to make sure everyone knew that we are on the track tonight. We will be back on the field on Tuesday due to a soccer game, then back at the track on Thursday and every practice thereafter.

I have attached a spreadsheet you can use to track your child's times. It is a good way for them to visually see their progress.... Progress Report

Results are Posted - Next Meet Saturday, February 10th, Youngkers High School

Results are posted - Go online to - Meet Results and see how your child did.  What a great meet it was... The kids did really well.  Parents please remember to be patient and give them time to develop and grow.

Clerking Table - Thank you to the parents who showed up for their shift and worked the clerking table and the concession stands... Your help and support is mucho appreciated.  We definitely have the best parents ever.   Parents please show up and work your shift and if you cannot work, please assign someone to take your spot.   

 

FEES

Everyone should have at least $150 on the books.  If you do not please send me an email ASAP.  As always, if  you can donate extra please do.

 

Next Meet - Saturday, February 10th at 8am... Please be at the track no later than 7:00am
It was good seeing everyone sitting together at the finish line.  Please continue to sit together as a team.... This meet will have Indoor events that will be run in Flagstaff.

URGENT REQUESTS - CONCESSIONS AT THE JANUARY 27TH TRACK MEET

Hi guys,

As you all know we have concessions at the 1st track meet Saturday, January 27, 2018. 

Coach Norine will need help starting at 7am on Saturday, January 27th.  She is not feeling well so all help would be greatly appreciated.

 

If anyone can help Coach Norine anytime Friday, please contact her directly at 480-330-5615 to see what she needs.

 

If you have a truck that can be loaded with items, please let us know ASAP!!!

 

Concession schedule has been sent out.  Please check your slot and show up on time.

 

What do we still need? SODA, CANDY, CHIPS, COOKIES. Homemade items sell best so please bring any home cooked dishes directly to the track meet on Saturday.

  
The concessions are used as fundraisers to help athletes who cannot afford to pay their fees and/or travel.  
 

Again we have to make sure the stands & the track are clean so please do not leave without doing your share.  It will be important to clean throughout the track meet... I have assigned some dads to be responsible for clean up throughout the day and making sure everyone is cleaning after the track meet.  Please remember not to leave as it is the entire team's responsibility to stay and clean at the end of the meet.

Seasons
