PRESEASON TRAINING - SATURDAYS

Hill practice will be held at Freestone Park on Saturday, October 22, 2016@ 10:00am. Come out for some preseason training to get ready for the 2017 Track Season.  Please check email every Friday as time is subject to change.

Only serious athletes please as we are there with the high schoolers.

PLEASE NOTE: This is only for athletes 10 years old and up - Born in 2008 or earlier. Please DO NOT bring athletes that will be in the 8 & under age group. No one born in 2009 or later can attend hills. Hill practice will continue every Saturday until January 7, 2017 which is the clinic/registration day.

DO NOT attend hill practice on January 7th. We will pick back up the following Saturday up until the first track meet.

LOCATION: Freestone Park is located at 401 N Lindsay Rd, in Gilbert between Guadalupe and Elliot (turn in off Lindsay onto Juniper and the team will be immediately to your right by the playground. Run Hills To Get Faster & Stronger - Running hills is a form of resistance training that helps build the muscles in your calves, quads, hamstrings and glutes. You'll also strengthen your hip flexors and Achilles tendons; build speed and strengthen leg muscles. You can also build and improve upper body strength because you are forced to drive your arms harder.
