Practice
Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 (Some Wednesdays and Saturdays but you will be notified ahead of time)

I have sent out the days that practice is on the field.  There is practice this Saturday at 8am until approximately 10am.
 
Please remember to pick up water bottles and put them in the trash and make sure you have all your clothing, shoes and water containers.  If we could get parents to help with policing the area for water bottles and clothing left behind after practice that would be great.

When there is practice on the field behind the pool, everyone should park in the lot close to the locker room/basketball gym (in front of the pool).  We DO NOT want anyone parking off Chandler Blvd.  We need to know that all kids are being picked up in that area.  We do not want to see any kids going that way. We will call them back and have them going out with us.  Even if you are at practice.  It gets confusing seeing kids run that way and it is too dark to see who they are with.


Soreness
All muscles with aches, tightness, heaviness, and slight pain  
Please note that if your kids are complaining about being sore this is normal.  Everyone is sore in the beginning of the season because they are working muscles that have not been worked.  Even our seasoned athletes and those that participate in other sports get sore in the beginning.  Drink plenty of water (drink more than you are drinking), stretch at home and ice.  You can take ibuprofen if necessary.  The soreness will go away as you get into shape.

Payment!
We need payment ASAP

Every child should have $150 on the books.  We are ordering uniforms and t-shirts this week and if you have not spoken to us regarding payment we will not order them a uniform.  Please let us know if you cannot pay now advising us when you can pay and how the remainder will be paid.  


Paperwork!!!
Paperwork is Mandatory for anyone practicing

Please turn in your paperwork and payment. If we do not have paperwork, your child is not covered under our insurance. Even if you have not made a payment, we need paperwork.
