Lickity-Split Athletics COUGARS (LSA) indoor track and field late registration for all area boys and girls (AND MEN AND WOMEN), ages 8# and up (to 108+), resumes November 16, for a Sun. Dec. 1 practice start).

LSA takes all-comers, no experience necessary. There is no pre-requisite or standard to achieve.

LSA club practices are held in Harleysville (~Lansdale, Pa)* up to three nights per week (“mandatory” Sundays @3pm, optional 1 hr. T/Th## @6pm). Attend as often as YOU can.

Travel to indoor meet locations are exactly the same for all club track teams. The LSA Cougars indoor track schedule for 2019-20 is posted (##SEE calendar).

Public school winter track does not exist for area boys and girls below age 15 in the quad-county area (Berks, Lehigh, Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia!!).

_2Feb. 06 (AAU mships 10 days in advance of Trials); USATF proof birth long overdue.
_3Feb. 06 (<“10 bus. days for Trials checks to clear”).
_4Sun. Feb. 09 (7-10 days before Trials. as cash reimburse).
