2013 League Sponsorship Information

Posted by David Yackovich at Dec 22, 2009 4:00PM PST ( 0 Comments )

Dear Little League Baseball supporter:

Becoming a sponsor of Roseville West Little League (RWLL) entitles you and/or your company to a host of affordable advertising and marketing opportunities while supporting the game of little league baseball. With over 700 active youth players from the Roseville area involved in Roseville West Little League, your support of RWLL will help in providing the opportunities to instill confidence, sportsmanship and the many life lessons learned through youth sports. In return, you receive community exposure for you and your business. Roseville West Little League offers many levels of sponsorships for you to choose from. Attached you will find a complete listing of sponsorship levels. Sponsors are a critical element in providing a positive baseball experience due to limitations placed upon us by the Little League Corporate Charter which allows the players to participate in only one fundraising event per year. Your Tax Deductible sponsorship will be used to offset costs of equipment, field maintenance, lights, player insurance, providing skilled umpires and many other operational expenses. Additionally, these funds allow Roseville West Little League to keep registration fees affordable to provide the opportunity for all children to participate in year round baseball activities. As a league, we make a concerted effort to support our sponsors that provide support through donations or in-kind services. In appreciation of your donation, we frequently remind our participants and their families of the companies and individuals who make it possible for the league to continue. Should you have any questions regarding sponsorships, donations, or valuation of in-kind services, please contact Roseville West Little League Sponsorship Coordinator Jeff Kim at Sponsorship@RWLL.net .

Sincerely,

ROSEVILLE WEST LITTLE LEAGUE

Jeff Kim, Sponsorship Coordinator

Field Use for 2007

Posted by Greg James at Nov 10, 2007 4:00PM PST ( 0 Comments )
Coaches

2007 Allocations have not yet been determined. As we are a growing league, coaches will be hard pressed this season to find suitable practice fields off the allocation list. This means we will all have to abide by the upcoming practice field schedule to avoid undue confusion and frustration. As the field allocations become available, we will post the official field use schedule for the upcoming 2007 season.

BIG Fun Had By All At `07 League Carnival

Posted by David Yackovich at May 13, 2007 5:00PM PDT ( 0 Comments )

The 2007 RWLL carnival was a huge success over past years. Through the dedication of many of the RWLL board members and league volunteers, this years carnival outdid them all. With the usual booths in operation we also had a robust raffle with some great prizes donated through community support...without them we couldn't have done it. The baskets that the t-ball teams put together were nothing short of fantastic. I personally put in $20.00 on those in tickets, but came up short. Maybe next year! The 1st annual hit-a-thon turned up nearly 220 kids from the t-ball thru major divisions. There were some pretty fantastic prizes awarded for the hit-a-thon with iPods, $100, $50, and $25 gift certificates awarded to individuals based on total distance achieved during the event. Our grand prize was a Nintendo Wii and was awarded to the player with the most money raised for the hit-a-thon. To see pictures of the hit-a-thon winners here. The success of the carnival is but a small piece of the puzzle in our quest to rebuild the grandstands as they were. We raised over $11,000 for the weekend but this is just a small portion of what is needed to build it back right. Many of you already know that we are hosting a fireworks booth this year that is to be located at the Bel-Air shopping center on the corner of Main St. & Foothills Blvd. Please tell all your friends and family members to come and support the league and purchase your fireworks from us. We are also doing a pre-sell of fireworks and you can purchase tickets at the Snack Shack. If you haven't volunteered for a spot at the fireworks booth and would like to work a 6 hr shift please contact Jacquie Tucker for scheduling options.
