What a great first year together. The girls were a delight to coach. Three months in the gym, three months of league play and seven tournaments including a trip to the Provincials have turned 12 girls into 12 good friends and one great team. Every girl on our 99's worked hard, played with heart, improved her game and supported her teammates. Highlights of the year included a team road/sea trip to the View Royal Tournament on Vancouver Island where the girls fought their way past a host a older teams to make the playoffs; the Lower Mainland Cup finishing as silver medalists; and being the only '99 team in B.C. The coaches would like to thank our girls and their wonderful parents for such a fantastic year and wish the best to our girls who have now moved on to other endeavors.
