ANOTHER LEAGUE TRYING TO FORM UP FOR 2010
So here it is December of 2009 with 2010 upon us. Better said - Right around the corner. Here is yet another LEAGUE trying to start up in Texas. Texas International Football League which is only on a MySpace website is about to lose their chance in 2012 to set up a league. Team owners from teams in the San Antonio area have decided safety is more important than playing at city parks and allowing spectators to intervene when a player gets hurt. They want to tighten up security and increase safety precautions in the best interest of players and the public.
For information on the NEW Texas International Football League call John Weddington at 210-232-4448 and they intend to start in March 2010.
Their league registration and fee is $400.00. Call them, what have you got to lose.
