Longtang Genesis Football Club is a 100% authentic local Chinese team. Our 30 teammates have been training and playing together for 6 years. Soccer has lightened up our life.

Besides enjoying the matches, it is our pleasure to invite families and friends to share the sunshine and greenness.

Our Principles:

1. Health & Exercise

2. Happiness & Friendship

3. Sincerity & Responsibility

We believe in the spirit of sports: NEVER GIVE UP

The 2009/10 season is our first season in the SIFL. We have not yet got any tournament award. But like all the other teams, we spare no efforts to exceed and succeed!

Although we are newcomers, the fierce confrontation, ingenious cooperation, mutual respect and prudent rules of the SIFL have impressed us a lot! All of these elements are what we enjoy about soccer and are what the SIFL features.

Last but not least, as the Amphitryon and a member of SIFL family, we’d like to call out: “Welcome to China! Welcome to Shanghai! We will join the fight and play it fair!”

Special thanks to the Named Sponsor of the Club: LONGTANG INVESTMENT COMPANY and the Advertisement Sponsor of the club SAITNT-GOBAIN LIMITED

Welcome to the homepage of the Shanghai International Football League, Shanghai's premier football league. This amateur league was formed in 1995. Many players from many different countries have played in this league, and we like to think that it has already became one of the most competitive Expat Amateur leagues in Asia. Testament to that is when teams such as Shooters and Japan regularly win overseas/international tournaments.

Although this website has been constructed in the helping of the organisation of the league, we also hope that you enjoy our site, and that some of the information is of good use to you.
If you are looking for a team to play with, then click on the teams tag, and choose which team you think you will be most suited to. Alternatively, you can leave your contact details on the message board.

Media coverage

The League's results, fixtures and game reports are published weekly by Urbanatomy Media under that's Shanghai online magazine.
